Steve and Ginny Saint
Author, End of the Spear
Steve Saint is the author of End of the Spear, a memoir that was turned into a major motion picture in 2006. His father, Nate Saint, was one of five young men martyred in 1956 by the Waodani people in Ecuador. Steve’s inspiring story of grace and forgiveness has been called one of the most compelling stories of the 20th century. Steve and his wife, Ginny, are incredible examples of hope and faith in the midst of hardships. In addition to losing his father at a young age, he lost his 20-year-old daughter to a cerebral aneurysm and a decade later sustained an injury that left him partially paralyzed from the neck down.

Retired Baylor Professor
Darren is a business owner and professor retired from Baylor University. Darren and Becky Frame’s whole world was shaken when they lost their son unexpectedly in 2016. Through this tragedy and their journey of grief, anger, and unanswered questions, they have learned to lean on the Lord in ways that have strengthened and deepened their faith.

Jon Seidl
Author, Finding Rest
Jon is a writer, author, speaker, and digital media veteran who transparently shares his own stories and struggles in the hope of erasing the stigma around mental health. In his book, Finding Rest, Jon shares about his mental health struggle; the tragedy of losing his sister to an automobile accident that wasn’t her fault; and the loss of his stepdad, who raised him, to a sudden and massive stroke in his brain stem.
Mark and Adrienne Farnham
Professor
Dr. Farnham is professor and program director at Lancaster Bible College. He is working on a book tentatively titled Knowing God through Suffering. He shares an incredible testimony of his experiences with end-stage renal disease, non-Hodgkins lymphoma, and several other illnesses. The transparency and honesty of Dr. Farnham and his wife, Adrienne, about their journey are powerful and a wonderful testimony of God’s work in their lives.

SVP Prison Fellowship Ministries
Cody Wilde is senior vice president of correctional programs for Prison Fellowship. For more than a decade he has worked with incarcerated individuals and their families (through the Angel Tree outreach), many of whom are facing the most difficult moments of their lives.
J.D. Hill
Former NFL Wide Reciever (Buffalo Bills, Detroit Lions)
J.D. excelled not just in football, but also lettered in baseball and track in college, an NCAA record that still stands today. He was drafted by the Buffalo Bills and also played for the Detroit Lions. But after his pro career came years of personal struggle and addiction to crack cocaine that led to loss of his three sons and wife of 20 years. That could have been the tragic end of his story. But it wasn’t. He found his way back to faith, restored relationships and a purpose for living in helping change and save the lives of others. Today he shares his story of redemption and how God helped change his life from a mess into a ministry.

Jesus Film Project
Kristin is in charge of special projects for the director of development at the Jesus Film Project. The Jesus Film—the most watched motion picture of all time—was recently translated into its 2100th language for the Waodani people. It was this community that Nate Saint (Steve Saint’s father) and a group of missionaries were reaching out to when they were martyred in 1956. In 2025, the Jesus Film Project will have a theatrical release of their first animated film, for which they leveraged artists from Pixar and Disney.

Metastatic Breast Cancer Patient
Glenda was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer for which there is no cure. Glenda’s faith was heavily influenced by Steve Saint’s story and she shares that her “real hope” is not from potential treatments and her fight with cancer.
