A Major Milestone

We’re excited to share that we have reached a major milestone in the journey of For A Purpose: Hope In A Broken World. The narrative of our film is now largely complete!

We have exciting new cast additions which we will share in coming weeks. While we may still add a few interviews, our focus has shifted to what makes cinema come alive—the visual storytelling that transforms words into a powerful narrative and a moving experience.

What separates a cinematic film from a podcast or a book is what people see—the visual components. The way light, color, sound, framing, secondary footage, and more all work together to carry the story into your heart. We want this film to be more than a message; we want it to be a powerful, beautiful, Christ-honoring work. 

As Scripture reminds us in 1 Corinthians 10:31, “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” And Ecclesiastes 9:10 says, “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might.” 

When this film is finished, we want to place it humbly at Christ’s feet and say, "We gave our best." We refuse to settle for anything cheesy or second-rate.

The editing needs for the film include visual effects, animation, the use of AI for some scenes depicting biblical stories, graphics, sound design, color grading. We will also be developing the script and searching for a narrator. Your partnership as we continue production and post-production is instrumental.

How You Can Help

This film is all about sharing hope. Lasting hope that has been tested and refined by some of life's most difficult challenges. Your help sharing this project will reach people with hope.
